Refund Policy
At Golden Valley Home Inspections, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality inspection services to help ensure their peace of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we want to ensure that your concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.

Refund Eligibility:

-Inspection Services: Refunds for home inspection services are not typically offered once the inspection has been completed. However, if there is an error on our part, we will assess the situation and provide a resolution.

-Cancellations: If you need to cancel your inspection, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time will incur a cancellation fee of $75.

-Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your inspection, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any additional fees. Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Upon cancellation prior to the inspection, we will refund you via check by mail.
